Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an experienced OUTBOUND PLANNING MANAGER for a large company based in Co. Wexford. The role is offered on a permanent basis. Purpose of Role: This role reports into the Supply Chain Manager of the plant. Duties. Key Responsibilities: Ensure service level and availibility to customers through an accurate planning. Manage stock level in the holistic sense throughout the supply chain process and minimise finish goods waste. Ensure that monthly input to the plant S&OP process from other departments (production, technical, pcm, etc. Assure timelines and correctness of submission to global team of monthly Sales and Operations planning input. Liaise with finance on stock volumes and stock projections. Continuous improvement of stability of planning process, find balance between factory optimization and delivering service to customers. Build a close relation with quality and production department and set priorities where needed. Develop the team: Team lead / motivation / trainings / develop team skills and autonomy. Manage performance and measure/drive KPI. Requirements: 4-5 years’ experience in manufacturing/production environment operating as Supply Chain Planner looking for the next step.
