What you need to know. You will work as a HR Administrator for our client, a leading manufacturing company in the South East. This role is offered initially on a 21-month contract. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist with ongoing projects. Personnel file upkeep. Other ad hoc HR duties as deemed appropriate by the HR Manager. Assisting with any HR initiatives as required. What are we looking for? 1-2 years’ experience ideally within a HR team or from a strong administration background. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask on a daily basis. Excellent communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Strong attention to detail.
