Hartley People are currently recruiting for a part time Accounts and Administration Assistant for a well established company in Waterford City. This is a permanent opportunity.  This role supports the accounting and admin operations by processing documents, maintaining financial records, statutory returns and client/ supplier accounts.  General Administration and some reception cover will be required also.  Part time – 3 days a week.    Requirements: 3 year’s experience in accounts and administration.  Previous experience in a busy office environment. Strong customer service experience is essential. Excellent excel skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
