Our client an electrical superstore based in the Waterford area are currently seeking to recruit a Store Manager for a permanent job. The Job will include: Responsible for ensuring your team offer the highest customer standards and store standards. Coaching your sales team to be passionate about sales and product knowledge, new ideas and displays. Provide a keen eye for detail whilst ensuring all stock is fully accounted for, priced, and displayed. Liaising with purchasing department to ensure your store has the best possible line up to maximise sales and grow market share. Communicating with your team to achieve targets, goals and margin. Provide leadership, direction and training to staff and ensure they have a full understanding of the company brand, company policies, security and operational procedures. Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to. Requirements for the Role are: Great leadership and people management skills. Experience working in a customer focused, & fast paced industry. Preferably have 1-3 year's retailing experience at a senior level. Organisational and problem-solving skills required. IT skills and visual merchandising skills.
