Hartley People are looking to recruit an experienced office manager to cover an 8 month maternity contract based in Waterford. The role: Full administration and reception duties for the site. Responsible for ordering stock and equipment. Manage all maintenance for the site. Manage budgets and costings ensuring to achieve maximum value for money. Manage all visitors attending site and look after senior management requirements. Chair monthly facility meetings and take minutes at site meetings.  The Ideal Candidate: Must have excellent Microsoft office skills. Must have experience with procurement. Must have excellent customer service skills. Previous facilities management experience is an advantage.  Strong Attention to detail, time management  and problem solving skills.
