Construction Manager -FTC
Looking for your next exciting project? Our client are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Construction Manager to join their team for a 2 year Fixed Term Contract based in Waterford. The role: Develop project plans and schedules. Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with company Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering specifications. Manage project from initial stages to handover. Provide technical guidance and work to resolve critical site issues. Maintain close co-ordination and communication with all company departments to ensure minimal site interruption. Manage the Health and Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures. The candidate: Must have a Bachelor of Engineering in a construction related discipline; higher level degree in a discipline relevant to Construction Management. Must have a Project Management Certification, PMP qualification from PMI would be desired. Must have experience in validation. Must have the ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership skills.
