You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all training requirements are in line with the business needs and will deliver on these plans to the wider organisation. Using the Learning Management System, you will develop the training activities and run regular reports on the training programmes. It is essential that you provide coaching and mentoring to the training instructors plantwide, therefore experience of working within a training environment is crucial to be a success in this role.
