Human Resources Manager. Waterford. Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation is recruiting a HR Manager to work on their Waterford site due to changing business requirements. Responsibilities. Lead the HR team across the full range of HR functions. Drive positive culture and engagement. Encourage continuous improvement. Change management. Coaching and mentoring. Lead HR projects and initiatives. Adhere to standards of compliance and SOPs. Liaise with EHS to ensure a culture of safety is maintain. Workforce planning, talent management and succession planning. Liaise with different areas of the business as required. Advise management on HR issues. Requirements. Third level qualification in HR Management or similar. CIPD member. Experience in a regulated environment is beneficial. Knowledge of current employment legislation. Experience across the full scope of HR duties. Experience in a HR role in a unionised environment. Strong stakeholder management and change management experience. Good judgement and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships.
