Talent Acquisition Specialist. Waterford. Permanent. My client, a global organisation is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work on their site in Waterford. The role offers a competitive salary + bonus and an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Work with hiring managers to establish recruitment needs. Use a variety of platforms and methods to source a range of roles dependent on business needs. Coordination of interview schedules and booking of interview rooms. Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system. Drive continuous improvement. Liaise with hiring managers onsite and advising on market trends and issues. Other related ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements. 3+ years recruitment experience. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle. Previous experience in an onsite recruitment role is beneficial. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organised with excellent time-management skills and a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Highly proficient in MS Office and experience with various ATS.
