Baker / Pastry Chef. Coach House Coffee at the Heart of the Waterford Greenway in Kilmacthomas, Co.Waterford are seeking an innovative and energetic Baker / Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate will be driven, creative, have attention to detail, and have a strong love for pastries and baking. The successful candidate will be working in our new bakery, Made On Main in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford and will have the supports required from Coach House Coffee. We need an individual with good experience and strong references. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef / Baker. Natural flair for pastry and have excellent food quality and presentation with a particular emphasis on finishing and decorating products. Keeping the kitchen environment safe and hygienic through regimental cleaning and good practice in line with HACCP. Understanding of food labelling and temperature controls along with all other aspects of HACCP.
