#indrec. noel hospitality seek the skills of a highly motivated, organized person to assist with managing our catering division in the south east. the role will entail the day to day management of our clients requirements, managing large numbers of agency staff in different site locations and coordinating shift schedules within the hospitality environment. responsibilities of the role. supporting our the client with all staff needs across the hospitality sector including chefs, accommodation staff, cleaning staff, front of house staff. must be able to manage client and candidates in a professional environment. visiting / calling / liaising with our client on a daily basis (must have a car. sourcing applicants for suitable positions through advertising, job boards, headhunt and social tools. screening applicants by telephone or in office location. make decision on hiring of applicants / assessing candidates suitability for potential roles. interviewing. ensure all paperwork is signed and completed at interview stage / before the candidate starts working. booking temporary staff into assignments across all divisions. reference and background checking. matching candidates skills against suitable positions. basic induction and training of suitable hires. basic payroll preparation. electronic database management and utilization. person specification. recruitment experience is an advantage. previous hospitality/ sales experience is required. strong customer service skills. excellent organizational skills. outgoing personality. excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills. excellent time management skills. strong administration skills. motivated and driven to manage working to targets. have own car. primarily monday to friday working hours, however, flexibility is required as evening and weekend work is involved depending on business requirements. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
