Our client, a well-established local business owner is opening up a new Hotel in a seaside town on the southeast coast of Ireland and are seeking a General Manager to join their team. The complex will consist of 2 x bars, a function area, 20 bedrooms and is in a beautiful location with remarkable seaside views and less than a minute walk from the beach. This is an exciting opportunity someone with energy, drive and experience working in a Management position in hospitality.   Responsibilities include: Meeting and greeting customers. A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies. Provide effective leadership to hotel team members. Ensuring events and functions run smoothly. Ensuring compliance with H&S and other statutory requirements. The ideal candidate must be: Organised. Proactive. Have experience working in a Management position and leading a team- ESSENTIAL. Experience working in hospitality – ESSENTIAL. Customer service orientated.
