In conjunction with a Waterford based company, Hartley People are looking to fill the position of HR Co-Ordinator. This role is ideal for an entry level HR candidate and will give excellent scope to begin your HR career. The Role:  Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Assist with the recruitment process. Support operational management. Generate and produce reports. Liaise with the relevant Managers regarding any breaches of Company policies and procedures. The Person:   Third level qualification in HR or relevant discipline. Some relevant HR experience (possibly work placement. Knowledge of Human Resources principles, processes and procedures.
