Responsible for operational support for all managers and employees. Responsible for the roll out of any new global HR initiatives. Manages HR team ensuring involvement and legal compliance at all times. Coaches managers on personal effectiveness and organisational dynamics. Champions an environment that encourages learning and employee development. Lead organizational change initiatives  Responsible for all Health, safety and environmental activities.
