Hartley People Training are currently recruiting for an administrative assistant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is to provide Administrative support to the training department Assist with Training Course preparation and set up. Arranging venues, equipment and transport Completing all required documentation relating to course completion Record all incoming documentation pertaining to each course. Respond to all incoming queries relating to confirmation of assessment. Liaise with supplier to request quoations and also confirm orders and arrange delivery. Liaise with off site Hartley People personnel to ensure all training requirements are on site. Suitable candidates will have the following: Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in an office environment.
