QUALITY SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN - County Waterford. This position is being offered as a fixed-term contract. In this role you will manage Quality Metrics generation for the site. You will manage the Local Change Review and CAPA board, complete change review activities for all site Change Controls and complete GMP/Critical to Quality Training for the site. Key Responsibilities: • Site Quality Metric Generation – daily and monthly. • Mange the Local Change Board and CAPA Review Board. • Conduct Quality Training for GMP induction. • Conduct Critical to Quality Training. • Maintain metric scorecards on CAPA and Change Control. • Provide metric data for monthly business reviews and annual product reviews as required. • Completion of risk assessments for complaint investigation. • Change review specialist for local change board. Key Requirements for this role: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – in particular Excel is essential. • Working knowledge of Catsweb is desirable. • Strong communication skills (verbal & written. • Strong organizational and administrative skills. • Decisive, self-motivated/capable of working on own initiative, able to prioritise and a proactive approach.
