In partnership with our client, a Waterford based company working in the Pharmaceutical area. We are looking to fill the position of HR Manager. This role is a 2 year FTC.    The Role:        Leading and directing the human resource team. Development of HR policies, Procedures and Practices. Lead organizational change initiatives  Provide an operational HR service for all employees. Providing a recruitment and selection service. The Person:   4 years Human Resource Management  experience. HR Degree level qualification. Experience of working within a Union environment. Strong knowledge of employment law.
