French Customer Service
My client has 2 openings on the high performing Support team for bilingual French and English speakers.The ability to multi-task, be customer focused and to meet and exceed targets are vital in this role. Your day to day duties would include but are not limited to: Providing first-level support to callers for all their IT needs, in a friendly, customer-oriented manner. Understand callers’ technical needs and troubleshoot their issues in a clear, jargon free manner - resolving where possible and reassigning to 2nd level support teams where necessary. Responsible for timely follow-up on outstanding issues and escalating when required. Basic Qualifications: Fluent in both French & English. Customer Service / IT experience. Solution orientated.
