Our client a busy service company based in Co. Waterford currently have a job available for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator. You will have a min. of 1 year's office-based reception / administration experience. This is a fulltime permanent job and hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm. Reporting directly to the office manager you will be required for the following duties: Meet and greet all clients and visitors. Responding to customer queries that come either via phone, email or face to face. Provide exemplary Customer Service to customers. Deal with the incoming and outgoing post. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, transcribing. Ensuring staff safety certificates are up to date and organising training days. Credit Control and basic accounts admin. Successful candidate; Excellent IT skills Word, Excel, Outlook including Social Media for work purposes. Excellent customer services ability and phone manner. Good work ethic, self-motivated and can work well as part of a team or independently. Ability to prioritise and multitask within a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and highly organised. A knowledge of Agriculture / Farming an advantage.
