Our client are looking to recruit an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager based in the Waterford area.  The role: Assist in managing F&B and day-to-day operations to highest standards. To effectively supervise all Food and Beverage service in the Bar and Restaurant.  To carry out Health & Safety audits, organize Fire, Security Training for staff members as required. To ensure there is an accurate hand-over at the beginning and end of each shift. The ideal candidate: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory position.  Must be highly organised with good attention to detail. Must have strong communication and leadership skills. Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
