We are currently recruiting Hotel Accountant for a 5* Resort in the Leinster region. Reporting to Director of Finance you will be responsible for managing the day to day Finance function in the property, ensuring correct procedures are maintained in all Departments, all statutory obligations are complied with, and all management reports and accounts are compiled and maintained to Company guidelines.You are responsible for managing payroll, controlling food and Beverage margins and ensuring effective purchasing and pricing controls are in place. Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within 4/5* Hotel business.
