Hartley People Training are currently recruiting a Training/Quality Co-Ordinator required to provide administration support to the exiting team. This is a full-time post based in Deise House, Waterford. The Person: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access – strong IT ability is essential as Hartley People operate numerous bespoke software’s; Confident individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous administration experience is essential; Some background knowledge of training/certification would be preferential. The Role:  Generate all required project details for the TMS (Training Management System) ensuring that all course plans, documentation deadlines and quality tasks are scheduled and entered correctly. Agree and generate all project deadlines with the Training team. Generate course descriptor details to SharePoint. Identify possible training content for delivery or identify gaps in content for development. Full administration and responsibility for the Training Management System. Check the overview of the current status of all projects daily – identify outstanding tasks and discuss with training team. Communicate with the team to ensure the projects are moving and the tasks are being completed. Assist with forward planning of quality audits and conduct off site audits where necessary. Assist in the induction of new trainers in relation to the internal quality system, the TMS and all administrative requirements of Hartley People Training. Provide ongoing assistance and support to tutors in relation to TMS, quality issues, training plan changes and ad hoc issues as they arise. Review of quality documentation on return and escalate any issues that have been identified. Request all relevant assessment documentation from certifying body. Request, agree and schedule full programme Training Plan from Tutor. Add Assessment Request forms dates to TMS and ensure that exact times and details are correct to ensure transparency for learners. Complete all official documentation relating to the Assessment Schedule and submit to the relevant for approval.
