Our client, a global pharmaceutical leader, is looking for a  Senior Quality Officer – Compliance  based in Waterford, who will be responsible for ensuring all operations are in accordance with regulatory, corporate and company requirements. Key responsibilities: Ensuring all operations are in accordance with cGMP, cGLP’s, SOP’s, regulatory regulations and guidelines, H&S and environmental guidelines. Supporting investigations. Ensuring changes and related documentation are compliant with regulatory and GMP requirements. Conducting inspections and supporting regulatory and customer audits. Maintain risk registers. Coaching and supporting direct reports. Ensuring continuous improvement and taking corrective action as required.   Qualifications. Qualified in a science discipline and work experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Preferred. Experience in a compliance role is desired. In-depth knowledge and understanding of interpretation of cGMPs and regulatory requirements, experience in regulatory inspections and customer audits. Auditing skills and/or lead auditor trained.
