Customer Service / Trainee Financial Advisor. Waterford City Centre, Co Waterford. The Company. Our client is a financial services provider that specialises in providing mortgages and investments in Wexford and Waterford. They are now looking for a Customer Service / Trainee Financial Advisor to join their friendly team. Your Role. As a Customer Service / Trainee Financial Advisor, you will deliver an outstanding level of service to customers using our client’s day-to-day retail banking solutions. Your day-to-day duties will involve: - Responding to queries about financial products. - Processing customers’ cash and banking transactions. - Helping to resolve customers’ account issues. - Opening and amending customer accounts. - Supporting and referring customers to the Qualified Financial Advisors for more information. - Delivering work that helps to meet business performance and growth targets. About You. To be considered as a Customer Service / Trainee Financial Advisor, you will need: - Experience in financial services or a related customer sales and/or service facing role. - A degree in a business-related subject. - A friendly and helpful attitude. - Great interpersonal and communication skills. - A highly organised approach. - An excellent eye for detail. A strong personal network and/or involvement in the local community, such as with local sports clubs or organisations, would be an advantage. A financial services APA designation or the QFA qualification would also be an advantage, however this is by no means essential. This role would be suitable for those who have held the role of, or would like to become a Customer Service Advisor, Trainee Financial Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Trainee Financial Services Advisor, Customer Care Executive, Customer Services Representative, or Finance Assistant.
