Unitec IT Solutions are seeking a highly-collaborative and ambitious Account Management Professionals to join our expanding team. Responsible for managing, maintaining and upselling our solution set to a select number of existing key accounts. With a strong focus on ensuring customer success while looking for opportunities to broaden partnerships with our clients of all sizes and across all industries. The right candidate will be a result driven, self-motivated proactive problem solver who can quickly and efficiently establish, strengthen and grow accounts. We are looking for a technically sound individual’s with a focus on client success, strong sales skills and a track record to back it up, who will be fully supported by our technical teams and technology consultants. Duties & Responsibilities. Core responsibilties and performance areas: Build and manage a quality sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle. Consistently achieve and exceed expansion account goals. Collaborate with Product, and Support teams to optimize every aspect of the product offering and customer engagement process. Build and sustain great customer relationships. Become a credible and trusted ambassador. Desired Experience & Qualification. Candidate Requirements: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Understanding of Telecoms, Server, SAN and Networking and Security Infrastructure with a strong focus on Cloud Solutions would be an advantage. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working with sales automation tools and ensuring integrity of CRM and Quoting tools. Results-focused and exhibit commitment to goals and consistently deliver results. Work effectively and cross-functionally within all levels of management and technical teams, both internally and externally. An analytical thinker with the ability to digest complex information and provide key insights and recommendations. Customer-focused. Passionate for client success at all times. Clear driving license. Package & Remuneration. Negotiable based on experience.
