Radley Engineering , one of Irelands leading mechanical engineering companies located at Killadagan Dungarvan, Co. Waterford has a senior vacancy for a Regional Operations Manager. The role will be reporting directly to the General manager and is centred around account management of various site locations within the Munster region. Applicants must have mechanical contracting / project management background including such duties as tendering, operations and overall project delivery, typically from the following sector (s): food & diary/ pharma/ biopharma/ brewing. Applicants will require the following: Very strong focus on Safety & Quality as key components to project delivery within construction sector. Strong communication skills and experience with account management. Experience/ability to create/maintain excellent customer relationships. Strong organisational, management and leadership skills to coordinate and direct a team of project managers/construction managers/ engineers /safety advisors etc on various sites. Strong commercial awareness to support successful project delivery. Use previous experience and skills to seamlessly fit into a large organisation and be part of a dynamic, customer focus driven team. Very competitive package for suitable candidate.
