Our client, a Waterford based company are recruiting a Retail Supervisor for a full time permanent position. The Role: Day to day management of the store. Drive Sales. Ensure all team members are trained in customer service and product knowledge. Cash management. Lead and develop the team within the store to delivery store objectives and sales targets. Responsible for stock control. The Person: Previous experience in a Homeware/DIY store. Be able to coach and develop staff working in a team environment. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
