Hartley People are looking to recruit a  Business Development Manager for an exciting opportunity with company based Waterford , this role will be primarily field based.   The Role:               Convert the strategic and tactical business plans. Manage the telesales function. Provide account management for the nominated accounts, which will include the implementation of the development plan. Reporting to management on targets, sales and pipeline activity. Work with in house teams to exceed all company goals. Manage and lead the deal negotiation up to contract signature. The Person:  Previous Business Development experience – Minimum 3 years. Full driving licence required. The ability to understand clients business – their ethos, aims and aspirations. The ability to influence key stakeholders. The ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion. Other Info: This role will require approx. 4 days travel per month to the UK. Base + commission. Vehicle included, can expense use of own vehicle if this is the preferred option.
