Hartley People are currently recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for a hugley successful client. 9-12 month maternity contract. 2-3 days per week.  The Person:  5+ years’ experience in a similar HR role. The Role: Have experience of writing policies, dealing with a grievance and disciplinary process. Can clearly display where you have independently supported line managers in their day to day work. Be a confident communicator and team player. Have the ability to work independently and do your own independent research. Exceptional organisation skills. Display where you have implemented real change in a company.
