You will have the opportunity to work with a growing business with fantastic long term career opportunities.  The Person:  You are a Qualified Accountant with ideally 7 years PQE. Advanced accounting/finance knowledge. Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience preparing Board reports, analysing data, assisting in strategic decisions within the organisation. A confident approach to communicate with a wide range of people including regulators, legal advisors, outsourced partners and senior management within the Group. Be able to manage and develop a small team that is growing. The Role: Provide timely and accurate reporting to Board. Evaluate the organisation’s financial control systems to provide reasonable assurance that obligations and costs are properly accounted for and recorded. Drive the financial planning process for the company and preparing of updated forecast positions. Complete all statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements to a high quality and on time. Complete budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and ad-hoc reporting as required, Represent the Group in dealings with accountants, advisors, auditors, lawyers, banks and others. Complete and coordinate local reporting requirements.
