Our client based in Waterford has a job available for an experienced accounts administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be IATI qualified or a part qualified accountant. This is a fulltime permanent job. Main duties for this job include: Debtors & Creditors Ledger. Bank reconciliations. Payroll preparation and administration. Managing supplier invoicing process. Managing weekly cashflow reports. Acting as a point of contact for all supplier queries. Supporting the online payment process. Filing monthly returns with Revenue (ROS. Assist with the preparation of monthly budgets. Skills required: Have 4 years accounting experience in a SME. Be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Have the ability to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines. Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
