Senior Quantity Surveyor. Waterford. DOE. A leading main contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will have Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience. They will ideally reside in Waterford or within a 45 minute drive of Waterford City. The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria; Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying is a MUST. 8 years experience plus. Has worked on Commercial, Residential, Healthcare works to date. Based in Waterford local area. Excellent reporting skills. Keen to work as a part of a team. Excellent communication skills.
