Coach House Coffee are seeking an experienced part-time kitchen porter [leading to Full-time] to join our team. If you are passionate about hospitality and have previous experience in a kitchen, then we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Include: · General cleaning and checking deliveries. · Work effectively within the kitchen team to ensure high level of cleanliness and organisation. · Rotation and careful storage of food deliveries. · Follow all health and hygiene standards. · Maintain cleaning records. · Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen throughout service. · Carry out kitchen duties outlined in cleaning schedule. · Clean cooking equipment, cookers, and fridges. · Clean walls and floors. · Clean and maintain a high level of hygiene in all areas of the kitchen in compliance with company guidelines. · Empty all bins appropriately. · The successful candidate will ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware is washed and polished & all pots/pans are washed for chefs. Candidate Requirements: · Proven previous experience in a similar role. · Excellent English both reading and speech in order to comply with our strict cleaning schedules. · Excellent Presentation. · Manual Handling and H.A.C.C.P. training an advantage. · Experience in checking deliveries stock control. · Applicants must have previous experience and must be hard working and reliable. Successful candidates must be eligible to work weekends. This position may lead to a full-time position for the right candidate.
