An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a manufacturing company based in Waterford for a Sales Co Ordinator.  The Role:          Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or products. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. The Person:  Third Level Education in Business or a related field – (Highly Desirable. The aptitude to understand technical products. Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. The Process: The screening of candidates will take place between 04/12 – 20/12. This will involve an initial phone call and potential face to face with Hartley People. The successful candidates will progress to interview with our client at the beginning of January. First and second round interviews to be complete by the end of January.
