In partnership with our client, a Co Waterford based Pharmaceutical manufacturing company. We are looking to fill the position of HR Manager for a 12 month contract. The Role:   Deploy global/standardised HR strategy  Oversee employee centred benefit schemes. Monitor and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Support and lead key HR projects and deliverables. Act as business partner in IR relations matter. The Person:   Third level HR qualification. Proven experience in a similar role/environment. Experience in dealing with employee relations. Broad HR generalist knowledge to maintain positive employee relation and engagement. Ability to deliver high levels of performance.
