Facilities Manager-West Waterford. Our client is looking for a experience People manager to help lead their team at an award winning company in Dungarvan, About the role: Lead and Manage a team onsite maintenance This will include conducting one to one meetings and reviewing productivity, checking compliance to contract specific KPI and using performance management to maintain or improve daily, weekly and monthly objectives. To be a visible point of contact for client escalations and to manage solutions through to completion on-site with technicians, clients and sub-contract. All PPMs & Reactive maintenance completed on time in SLA. Drive efficiencies within the workforce. Management of all hard services subcontractors. On site permitting management of all subcontractors. Undertake cost analysis for facilities management and project works. Assist in meeting client requirements. Perform risk assessment, value management and cost control exercises. Advise on maintenance, repair and refurbishment techniques to minimise future maintenance risk, contributing to the creation of method statements. Contribute business improvement/efficiency ideas and initiatives. Manages the delivery of a team and escalates individual performance. About you: You will be a generally good team player who enjoys collaborating with people, resolving problems with resilience and a can-do attitude.  Skills & Experience:   Monday to Friday 40hrs per week but flexibility required. Pharma experience beneficial but good Technical experience will suffice. Electrical or mechanical experience /qualification. Minimum 3 years proven experience in Facilities management. Experience working within the Facilities Management or Service Industry. Proven experience liaising with clients from a technical stand point. Ideally a Time served tradesperson – Mechanical/Electrical/Hvac bias. IT literate with the ability to interpret and extract data from reports.
