In partnership with our clients, we are looking to fill the position of HR Manager and have 2 available roles for different companies and industries. Role 1   Industry: Engineering. The role (Full time Permanent): Provide HR advice & support to Managers and employees. Developing and implementing HR strategies. Management of HR System. This role will be involved in EHS. Creation, updating and enforcement of HR policies. This role will have the support of a more junior member of the HR team, This person will be a direct report. Role 2. Industry: Manufacturing. The role (Full time Permanent): Role site on the site leadership team. Lead organizational change initiatives  Provide an operational HR service for all employees. Unionised environment. This is a stand alone role, Union experience desirable but no essential. Each role has a strong base and mix of benefits and require the same type of experience including: 3+ years experience in a BP/Manager role. Previous union experience – Desirable. EHS experience – Desirable. Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment – Desirable.
