Bilingual (French and English) Service Desk Agent Wanted – Waterford Our client based in Waterford is currently recruiting IT Professionals with exemplary Customer Service skills to join their team. The candidate must be proficient in both French and English. Day to day: Providing first-level IT support to current employees. An understanding our callers’ technical needs and troubleshooting their issues. Resolving issues and/or assigning 2nd level support teams where necessary. Logging, tracking, prioritising and ownership of all contacts received to the Service Desk, ensuring accuracy. Responsible for timely follow-up on outstanding tickets. Candidate Requirements: Fluent in both French & English. Contact Centre Experience is an advantage but not a necessity. Collaborates effectively.
