We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Client’s team in Waterford and take full operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, with input in to all aspects of purchasing, sales, logistics, budgets and operational delivery.   Responsibilities: Managing the delivery of installation projects, ensuring on time delivery to required quality standards, within project cost budget. Scheduling and planning of projects and all related logistics and manpower. Dealing with all customer issues, queries and concerns. Ensuring the customer experience is optimized. Planning of all relevant resources. Working within budget for costs, including labour, materials, and mileage/expenses. Ensuring service plan is delivered in a cost effective manner.   Requirements: Lots of drive and energy – must have ‘fire in the belly’ Have the ability to organise people and projects, and work to deadlines. People management skills, for managing customer relationships and staff performance. Previous Technical experience an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.   Interested?
