Our client are looking to take on a Service Desk Adviser for a permanent position based in Waterford City.  This will be a busy position dealing with a premium brand. The ideal candidate: Must have 2 years’ experience in a customer service position. Must have a full driving licence. Must have strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be comfortable working independently. Must be able to multi task and have proven experience of working in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent communication skills.  An interest in cars would be an advantage.
