Restaurant Manager required busy 4* Hotel in Waterford, this high profile property is recruiting experienced senior Manager to lead the team and responsible for service excellence and standards in Hotel evening Restaurant, Afternoon Tea Lounge and private Dining Events. All candidates require current legal status to work in Ireland and must demonstrate. Proven ability to lead the team, to work under pressure and meet service standards. Experience in busy 4/5* Hotel as overall Manager in charge of Restaurant Operations. GM may consider a current experienced No 2 from a prominent Hotel. Busy beverage and food outlet with premium Restaurant and Event facilities. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume business. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude, patient and flexible. Some Duty Management shifts will be required, excellent promotional prospects in future.
