Working in exclusive partnership with our client, a leading Construction company, Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the new position of Project Manager. This role offers a base salary , bonus and company vehicle. The Role:  Determine and define scope of work and deliverables. Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Manage construction schedule and activities. Provide direction on and off site. Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes. The Person: Third Level education in relevant field. 4+ years experience in project management within construction. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs. Strong leadership and management skills. Full driving Licence.
