We are looking for an experienced Project/Logistics Manager to lead our Client’s planning team in maintaining project schedules and keeping project resources on track while also providing weekly project updates to management. Responsibilities: Planning work schedules for installation/service technicians to reflect agreed project timelines while incorporating ad hoc service/repair calls and scheduled maintenance. Planning product transportation and on time delivery to enable scheduled installation/service progress. Planning manufacturing workflow in tandem with project timelines as per schedule. Liaising with client Project/Site Manager to secure access to installation/service site causing as little disruption in client’s daily operations as possible. Communicating project detail with installation engineers. Ensuring customer satsfaction and following up on the projects. Monitoring labour allocation on all jobs. Issuing monthly project status updates. Ensuring compliance and transparency with company workflows, policies and procedures. Requirements: A minimum 2 years of experience within project planning/operations/logistics is essential. Must have excellent communications and customer relationship skills. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to use own initiative and be adaptive to change. Computer literacy and fluent English is an absolute must. Interested?
