Description

Hartley People Training  are looking to fill the new position of Operations Co-Ordinator. The Role:  On confirmation of CPA request liaise with Operations (Compliance) Manager and Operations (Business) Manager to confirm details in relation to upcoming courses. Liaise with Ops Managers re course schedule and create where required. Organise and complete the induction of new trainers in relation to the TMS and all administrative requirements of Hartley People Training. Liaise with CTO recording any important information pertaining to the course on an ongoing basis and ensure all data is recorded. Ensure Health and Safety documentation for rented training rooms is in place and the completed HP Risk Assessment is completed, communicated to learners (where applicable) and on file. Ensure all trainer briefings have been complete and communicate full course plan with relevant tutors. Review weekly feedback from learners and discuss any concerns with Ops (Business Manager. Check the status of all projects (course) daily – identify outstanding tasks. Monitor course attendance and ensure training reports are completed and recorded. The Person: Excellent organisational skills and ability to perform in a high paced, live business environment. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access – strong IT ability is essential as Hartley People operate numerous bespoke software’s. Confident individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
