Working in Exclusive Partnership with our client, Tramore Amusement & Leisure Park . Hartley People Recruitment  are looking to fill the position of Operations Manager.         Reporting to the Board of Directors , you will have the following Duties & Responsibilities: Managing all functions and staff (directly employed and outsourced providers) such as Accounts, Cleaning, Maintenance, H&S, Security and Marketing. Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth operations of the park incl. the Board of Directors, Operators, Local Businesses, Co Council etc. Managing all day-to-day operational matters as they arise, and working closely with the Operators to ensure the smooth operation of all leisure activities at the park. Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the park, ensuing it is presented to the highest standard. Manage all insurance and legal matters in conjunction with the company’s Solicitors and Auditors. Responsible for promotion, advertising and public relations. Working closely with the Social Media Partner in relation to all PR and promotional activity for the amusement & Leisure park. Work closely with the accounts professional, reviewing financial metrics and reporting to the Board of Directors. The Person:   Previous people management experience – Essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels. Previous digital marketing experience – Desirable. Project Management experience – Desirable. Must be available for continuous work during the peak season.
