Hartley People are currently looking for a versatile IT Support Specialist , preferably with working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript/HTML/CSS, to join our Client’s team based in Waterford.   Responsibilities: Providing technical and business solutions to Clients. Thoroughly documenting and managing customer inquiries in JIRA Service Desk ticketing system. Working on issues/requests individually and as part of the team to ensure that problems are solved. Using defined systems and guidelines to keep all stakeholders up-to-date. Meeting or exceeding all of the performance and SLA metrics. Working with cross-functional teams to develop knowledge of technologies utilized within the organization.   Requirements: 3 years of IT support experience and/or professional certification. Preferably a degree in an IT related field. Excellent customer service skills. Thorough knowledge of current desktop computer operating systems. Ability to understand/modify & create JavaScript regular expressions will be advantageous.   Interested?
