In partnership with our client, a Waterford based Manufacturing company. We are looking to fill the position of HR Generalist. The Role:   Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Manage the recruitment, retention & succession process. Support operational management. Support front line management in supporting ER/IR issues. Liaise with the relevant Managers regarding any breaches of Company policies and procedures. Coordinate all HR administration. Advise managers on organisational policy matters. Participate in investigations and disciplinary meetings  The Person:   Third level qualification in HR or relevant discipline. 1+ year HR experience.
