Sales Account Manager - Ireland. This role involves significant client engagement and relationship management within your specified territory. The role is to sell the listed services and products to existing clients whilst sourcing new clients within the specified territory to meet targets. Expectations are for the post holder to drive the sales of the Source BioScience portfolio of services and products in Ireland to meet the companys expected growth plan. The post holder should have knowledge of relevant Regulatory Guidelines that impact Customer requirements. Territory management. To increase sales revenue from the following services: o Outsourced Stability Storage. o Microbiology Testing. o Manufactured Stability Storage Walk-in chambers. To achieve agreed targets for outsourced stability storage, analytical chemistry & manufactured products for stability storage purposes within given territory of Ireland. Identification and evaluation of new customers needs in relation to stability and analytical test requirements. Provision of timely accurate quotations that represent the optimum solution for the customer. Manage the current stability storage clients with a view of increasing revenues to exceed targets. Analysis of clients organisation and activities to assess the potential requirements that the customers may have for analytical testing services. Understand the GMP & cGMP environments to meet client requirements at all times. Reporting: Maintain a list of contacts within the associated industries where Source BioScience products and services can be sold in to. Use and maintain the company CRM system effectively so all activities and information are reported and logged. Development of sales tools and maintenance of sales information systems. Commercial assist with contractual processes including Confidentiality agreements and Service Level Agreements. Assist in the marketing planning for region and country and to provide information or copy for social media posting. To participate in exhibitions and conferences. Responsible for raising the company profile through the company website, trade shows, seminars, social media etc. To comply with all quality control procedures to support maintenance of the Source BioSciences Quality Management System. To comply with safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies. To participate in the Annual Joint Staff Review process, in accordance with Company Policy. To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with grade and experience. Attend any training endeavours as appropriate to role or as reasonably requested by Line Manager.
