Validation Engineer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Waterford based client. In the Validation Engineer role, you will be required to support capital projects/equipment qualification, shipping qualification and the site requalification program as applicable. The Validation Engineer has a key role in ensuring the on-going validation and compliance of equipment, systems and processes. THE ROLE: * Designing, executing and reporting on validation studies for equipment, systems and processes. Maintaining validation documentation throughout the validation lifecycle. * Ensuring validation studies are managed in conjunction with all required Sanofi standards and legal requirements (Health & Safety, cGMP, construction, environmental etc.) * Good knowledge of equipment / process validation (Equipment /Process design / equipment / process qualification and continued process verification/equipment requalification. * Be proficient in the drafting and resolution of non-conformances/deviations and have knowledge of risk management including change controls/risk assessments etc. REQUIREMENTS: * Relevant Engineering or Science qualification. Previous validation experience in sterile manufacturing, shipping qualification and devices would be highly advantageous for the role. * Interpretation of process trends as applicable. * Experience in the design and execution of equipment / process validation studies. * Excellent communication skills including computer literacy and ability to work independently and in team.
