Quality Trainer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Waterford based client. Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play an integral role within a quality team for a sterile filling facility. This is a 23 month fixed term contract direct with the company with full benefits. THE ROLE: * Provide quality expertise & support training to the QA team on-site. * Implement and maintain a training program for quality assurance team on-site. * Oversees the day to day management of training program, facilitating and directing the QA Specialists training. * Provide clear open communication with the QA team. * Effective interaction with other departments to delivery on program. * Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System is maintained. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience in sterile manufacturing and/or operational quality support. * Previous experience as training officer/training co-ordinator. * Provide ability to provide quality expertise & support to the QA team and site.
